Catherine Finn

Profile

Since studying music at school, where she was section leader in her orchestra playing the flute, being a member of the choir with which she performed in a number of locations including France and taking part in school productions, Catherine has been a keen musician.

Since leaving school Catherine has sung at the Elizabethan Banquets at Lumley Castle over a period of 10yrs.

Catherine's very first appearance with the Society was back in 1989 when she participated in the Children's Chorus of Aladdin. She came back to DMTC in 2003 for our production of My Fair Lady and has since appeared in most of our subsequent productions at Gala.

In November 2005 she starred in the role of Audrey in South Shields Musical Productions performance of Little Shop of Horrors. Following this she was seen as Kate Murphy in our production of Titanic, and Liane d'Exelmans in Gigi.

After taking a short break to travel to Australia, Catherine returned and took part in Hello Dolly, she is now thrilled to be playing the part of Trude in our current production of Grand Hotel.
