Karen Gallagher

Ever since she was very young Karen has always loved singing and dancing. Right the way through school she participated in choirs in both primary and secondary school helping them win awards, with the odd solo now and then.

Karen has been a member of DMTC since ‘Me and My Girl’, and before joining was quite shy, quiet, was always nervous and found that when performing she was scared.

After just 3 shows Karen was no longer nervous and began to become the fun, outgoing person she is today. Karen has mainly been a part of the chorus, but has also been a dancer in many of the productions.

Comment: “I am very proud to be a member of this great society, and to be one of "Janet's Girls" (what I am most proud of). I would like to thank all members of the society for all the fantastic shows we have produced together, they have been great times.”

Karen hopes to continue within the society as long as possible and help welcome new members to DMTC.
